My thoughts before I bought this investment property were - surely I can’t afford it, I’d have to have lots more money. They showed me how the process works and with the equity in my home I was able to go ahead and purchase my first property.

I decided that I wanted to get out of the share market because the market had dropped. When an opportunity came about to buy properties using Super with the new legislation, they showed me that it was possible to change the direction of my Superannuation fund money and I decided to go into property.

I ended up building another two properties using my Super money and I think it’s the best thing I’ve done.

The properties I have with Legal & General have made me feel very comfortable when I decide to retire in the future.
